Tree of birds
For the past coupla days, this peppermint tree near my home has been chocablock with Western Corellas.They're in the ascendancy at the moment, and rather cacophonous - in a creaky, croaky, feathery, leathery kinda way.

i think that i shall never see
a billboard lovely as a tree
perhaps unless the billboards fall
i'll never see a tree (of birds) at all
